The Role: I am the pod leader for the largest campaign here at Parallel; so I have the regular sales position whilst also looking after a group of employees helping them to improve their sales approach. I have been here 5 months and had no prior sales experience. 

The Expertise: I have always been in a team leader position, so in past experience I have been an assistant manager at a pub managing a whole team. I focus on being a relatable role model and this often results in people wanting to hear my opinion and respecting me as a pod leader.

The Motivation: I’m very competitive so I enjoy daily incentives held on the campaign, this drives me to always perform. I am also driven through being a pod leader as I want to set a good example for the employees I’m supporting. 

The Hobby: I love Guinness and the pub, anything pub related.
