The Role: I’m Head of B2B at Parallel Partnerships and have been with the company for just over a year.

The Expertise: Most of my day is spent managing the B2B team, improving performance, developing people and making sure we deliver strong results for our clients.

The Motivation: I enjoy getting the best out of people and seeing the team succeed, but I’m also motivated by earning good money, enjoying the nice things in life and building a great future for my family.

The Hobby: Outside of work, I’m a proud new dad, a long-suffering Leeds United supporter and enjoy cooking whenever I get the chance.
