B2C outreach, contacting individual and unique consumers has to be fluid, human and approachable. Our telemarketing agents have to be ambassadors for your brand and embody your values. This cannot be scripted.

B2C can often be first or secondary touchpoints for your brand and has a gentler approach, reinforcing brand and making sure lasting impressions are made. B2C buying cycles can be slower for emerging brands.
